Dwight Breeden
Managing Director, Central Region
Dwight Breeden is Managing Director, Central Region, focusing on business development, and due diligence for the Central Region. Mr. Breeden is also in charge of Management Study assignments for Clark Street Capital, which has been approved by the FDIC to conduct these studies for banks operating under regulatory orders.
Mr. Breeden has over 30 years of banking and financial industry experience. In 2010, he consulted to banks for asset valuation and disposition, including FDIC receivership assignments through RSM McGladrey.
From 2001-2009 he was Executive Vice President and Director of a three bank holding company with assets of approximately $900 million. Primary responsibilities were strategic planning, asset/liability management (ALCO Committee Chairman) and overall growth of the three banks. Prior to that, Mr. Breeden was a senior executive of various brokerage firms for 17 years.
Mr. Breeden has a B.S. in business from Indiana University and passed the CPA exam in 1980.
