Mr. Michalowski is Chief Operating Officer responsible for all operations, including managing due diligence assignments, marketing, sales, and corporate finance. Mr. Michalowski has over 25 years of extensive experience in commercial and residential mortgage finance, and institutional Wall Street trading and sales. Before joining Clark Street Capital, Mr. Michalowski was a Managing Partner of Southwest Next Capital Management, a $200 million real estate opportunity fund and asset manager based in Phoenix, AZ.
